Anton Seim

Anton Seim is a Los Angeles-based director and cinematographer. Two decades working internationally across documentaries, narrative films, series, and commercials - his credits as director of photography include the documentaries No Safe Spaces, What Is a Woman?, and Am I Racist? — one of the highest-grossing documentaries of the last decade.*

Seim has directed narrative short films in New Zealand, Iceland, and Los Angeles and has written five original feature screenplays and two adapted works. His commercial work includes campaigns for brands such as GoPro, Rolex, Toyota, and Lexus. He has also shot numerous music videos.

His filmmaking is a commitment to hopeful, character-driven stories. His work is humorous, redemptive, and optimistic.

He is currently writing and directing films inspired by his childhood in the early-to-mid 90s.
